Things to do over the Eid holiday

17 Nov

So, we all have 10 days off… what to do? Where to go?

Well, here’s a few ideas for you! For example: Wednesday, we are going to the aquarium, it’s about time I let my little ones see the fish! sharks! oh and penguins!

1. Aquarium – located on the Gulf road as you enter Salmiya, very easy to find!

2. Pro Kart Kuwait – it’s located behind the airport. You can find more info here

3. Kuwait Towers for breakfast – EVERY morning is Ladies morning…no men, nice eh?

4. Hawally Park – I don’t like it but your kids will! Parking is horrible though so be prepared to queue for at least half an hour to find a parking space!

5. Shaab Park – again, I don’t like it, I’m more of a ‘keep your feet’ on the ground kind of girl…but, your kids will love it!

6. Villa Fayrouz – Who can resist their Fattouch and Reyesh? Amazing.

7. Entertainment City – it’s far but worth it…

That’s something for the next seven days…that covers the rest of the holiday period…enjoy 🙂

If any of the above don’t interest you, there’s always, coffee shops, sheesha cafes, restaurants and walks on the beach with your loved ones!

    Good ideas,
    Thank you very much.

I would add a sea trip on one of the boats off Sultan Center-Yacht Club, or a trip to Ahmadi Park (KOC H.Q.), or bowling at cozmo, a round of Golf in Sahara, a trip to Wafra (best done on Fridays after prayer).

    What do you think?

I think…a sea trip sounds amazing… Ahmadi Park-ah bleh, they really need to bring proper gardens to kuwait… think HYDE PARK LONDON!
