Thanks to a friend who owns Kuwait’s Black Market website I was reminded of a fantastic group that I haven’t heard in a long time.
Dire Straits… wow, aren’t they a blast from the past!
For those of you that don’t know, Dire Straits were a British rock band. Although the band was formed in an era when punk rock was at the forefront, Dire Straits played a more bluesy style, albeit with a stripped-down sound.
My favorite song was recorded in 1985. It’s called Brothers in Arms.
